Thank you for choosing our personalised corporate gift products. Since our items are custom-made according to customer specifications, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Personalised Products – No Return or Refund

All personalised or customised products are made uniquely based on the details provided by the customer (such as name, logo, design, message, or branding).

Therefore:

• Returns are not accepted for personalised products

• Refunds are not provided once the order is confirmed and processed

We encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective or incorrect compared to your confirmed order

You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

✔ You must contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product

✔ Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item must be provided

✔ The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement product OR

• A refund (as applicable)

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started

• Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order (if production has not begun)

If approved, a full refund will be processed.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personalization details

• Reviewing preview designs (if shared) before approval

We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
